Description
VITO® X1 cleans the oil, stores it in its 146 lbs. (80 l) tank and provides an easy and hygienic transport in the kitchen. Because of its innovative vacuum-filtration technology, particles remain in the filter in a dry condition. Like every VITO® oil filter system the X1 provides a microfiltration up to 5 μm. As an additional feature no chemicals are needed to clean the VITO® X1 which preserves the optimal taste of the fried dishes. The unique design makes sure the X1 can handle tempe- ratures up to 350°F (175°C) and provides highest safety at work, because of avoiding direct contact with the hot oil. After filtration the oil can easily be pumped back into the fryer automatically.
