A Kemper SPL50 spiral mixer for producing high-quality dough, suitable for up to 80 kg of dough, is currently for sale.
The machine has two speed settings, slow and fast, as well as an automatic mode that runs via two timers.
The bowl, spiral, and guide rod are made of stainless steel.
The bowl can be switched to run in either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction.
The machine has new wear parts, two new Schleicher timers, and has been completely repainted.
